BCX in partnership with Microsoft brings you Voice4Teams, a solution allowing you to voice call, video call, chat, share data and create teams all in one space. Having Microsoft Teams alone is like a closed user group within the organisation, you can only dial users in your organisation. When you bundle this with BCX Voice4Teams it gives users the ability to dial out to any other destination by breaking out via the traditional phone network.

What it does?

The solution brings direct routing which allows Microsoft Teams to connect to the PSTN (traditional phone network) to be used as a fully-fledged business phone system (like a Hosted PBX). This means being able to take advantage of cheaper call rates, more features, flexibility and better support.
